Trendemon captures website traffic data and aggregates it at the company level, providing valuable insights through our platform. Now you can access these same company-level insights directly within HubSpot. This integration allows you to leverage the data to trigger workflows, and also help your Marketing and Sales teams gain a deeper understanding of how target companies are interacting with your website and content.
Follow the steps below to view Trendemon’s company-level data within HubSpot.
Creating a new company-level property in Hubspot
Each Trendemon company-level data point is populated in HubSpot within its own dedicated property. For example, if you want to track both "company segment" and "company engagement page," you will need to create two separate properties inside Hubspot to facilitate each data point. It's essential to follow our naming convention by starting each property name with “trd_” to prevent any potential conflicts with your existing fields.
Follow the steps below to create a new company-level property in HubSpot:
Navigate to the Companies section in Hubspot, and click on Action → Edit properties:
Click on Create Property:
Under the Details section, name to property label to start with “trd_” (for example: trd_segment, trd_company_engagement and so on):
Select the group you want to associate the property with (for example - Company Activity):
Select single-line text under Field type:
And click on Create:
Viewing Company Engagement Page inside Hubspot
Trendemon generates a dedicated company engagement page for each account visiting your website. This page includes aggregated metrics such as total visitors, pageviews, goals reached, and a detailed breakdown of individual journeys, showing every pageview and action taken. Additionally, we provide an AI-powered company journey summary, which highlights key topics of interest, engagement, and intent, offering valuable insights at a glance.
Now you can access this comprehensive view directly from within HubSpot, allowing your Marketing and Sales teams to see all relevant company data in one place and take action based on these insights. Trendemon will send a link to this company engagement page directly into your Hubspot, populating this field for each company that exists on your Hubspot and visited the website.
The first step is creating a new company-level property inside Hubspot that will be populated with the link to the Company Engagement Page (see section above). The next step is to configure this property inside the Trendemon platform.
