To explore the impact of each individual campaign / offer,  navigate to Active → Analyze → Campaigns & Offers. Switching the view of the bottom table to “By Deals” will reveal how each specific personalization unit impacted companies, deals and values:

Metrics and Definitions

  • The deals we include in our insights are ones that were updated in Salesforce in the past 90 days (the deal’s creation date can be before that).
  • A company or deal is referred to as “Impacted by Trendemon” if at least one visitor from the company was accelerated in the past 90 days (clicked on an inbound personalization unit  / viewed an outbound stream / viewed a One-to-Won page).
