How to Ignore Traffic From Your IP Addresses, Email Domains and Domains on Irrelevant Companies

On the dashboard you have the option to filter out irrelevant traffic and not track it. 

You can filter out traffic from specific IPs, email addresses or company domains. 

Here are a few common use cases for filtering traffic:

  • Filter out traffic from agencies you're working with based on their website domains in order to exclude them from insights in Explore screens. 
  • Add the IP address of your office to the filters list so it won’t count in any of Trendemon’s insight calculations. You will still be able to view personalized experiences, so even if you click on them, we will not count them.
  • Add your email domain to the ignore list in case you don’t want to track form submissions or signs ups from your company.

Please note that excluding traffic, as explained below, will apply to all your insights and personalization units. If you want to exclude traffic from seeing a specific personalization campaign, you can do so in the campaign's targeting section. Click here to read more about this option. 

 

You can set up the ignore conditions by navigating to Configure > Account Setup > Advanced Settings > Filters. Insert the values you want to filter out, and click on the Add button.
