GTM Compass and Flow Analysis

This section on our dashboard provides a quick overview on target companies visiting your website, their engagement and conversion metrics, plus details on content and traffic channels. You can find this section on our main dashboard page.


Use the Segment filter to focus on specific account groups, and the Goals/Deals filters to review specific conversions. 



Flow Analysis


This visualization demonstrated how target accounts are moving through the different stages of the buying journey:

  • Visited - companies that visited your website.
  • Proceeded - companies that had a second pageview.
  • High intent - companies that had at least one visitor who read 3 pages or more. Click here to learn how you can customize this definition and adjust it to your own business needs. 
  • Converted - company that converted to the selected goal or deal stage. 

The percentage numbers displayed on the chart are from the total 100% visited companies. 


Clicking on the different stages in the flow, will highlight and filter the below insight section and display info relevant only to the companies in the selected stage.

Companies 


Here you can see company-level details like industry, size, unique visitors, whether the company has a known contact in your Marketing Automation platform, and more. Click on “View Journey" to see the entire website engagement of visitors from this company.

Content 


Explore the different content pages companies have engaged with, their read%, proceed%, conversion rate and more. Click on the number under the “#Companies” column to review the full list of all the accounts that viewed this specific page.

Channels 


Analyze different sources and view the amount of traffic and conversion rate for each referral source. You can also filter this view by campaign and see the attribution of your media. Click on the number under the “#Companies” column to review the full list of all the accounts that visited the website via this specific source / campaign.

Click on the GTM Compass button at the top of this section to view this report in an external link and share it with relevant colleagues that don't have a seat in the Trendemon platform.
