The Explore Journeys screen offers a powerful view into the full website journeys of your visitors. You can analyze which traffic source got them to the website, which content pages they read, and how they progressed toward conversions. To access this screen, navigate to Explore > Journeys.
This screen includes three views:
- By Companies
- By Goals
- By Connected Contacts
Each view offers a unique lens to help you uncover actionable insights. Below is a breakdown of what each view shows and how to use it effectively.
By Companies
This view displays journeys from all visitors that have been matched to identified companies.
Use the filters at the top to narrow the data by: specific companies or segments, referral sources, UTM campaigns, Visitors who engaged with personalization experiences (e.g., ACE or Race).
Scroll down to view individual journeys. To dive deeper:
- Click the dropdown arrow on the right side of any journey.
- You’ll see a session-by-session breakdown of the visitor’s full website journey.
By Goals
This view reveals the complete journeys of visitors who converted to a specific goal. You can filter this view for a specific goal to see visitors who reached that conversion point.
At the top of the view you’ll see:
- Total visitors who reached the goal
- Average time, number of sessions, and pages viewed until conversion

- You’ll see a session-by-session breakdown of the visitor’s full website journey.
- These journeys are displayed from the initial landing page to the point of conversion.
By Connected Contacts
This view focuses on known visitors—those with associated email addresses. We Identify them through your Marketing Automation integration.
