Exclude from Personalization

Within our platform, you have the ability to define global exclusions, allowing you to specify certain pages or areas of your website where personalized experiences should not be displayed.

This option ensures that designated areas remain unaffected by any personalization settings, giving you greater control over where and how personalized CTAs and content appear across your website.

You can use this option by navigating to Configure > Account Setup > Advanced Settings, and click on the tab of "Exclude From Personalization".

Here you can define the rules were personalization units should not appear.

Please note to use the "Contains" or "Includes" operators for defining urls and areas, and the "OR" operator between different rules.
