Trendemon integrates with multiple platforms to access specific data points required for personalization and analytics. Below is a breakdown of the data we access and save for each integration type.
Marketing Automation
When a Marketing Automation platform is integrated with Trendemon, we are able to access the following data:
- Marketing Automation Cookie
- Visitor Email
- Lead-level Attributes

- For Trendemon Goals: If you use attributes to configure goals (e.g., Form Submission, MQL and more), we do not save the value of the attribute itself. We only save the Goal Completion Status (Yes/No) and the Completion Timestamp.
- For Personalization Targeting: If you use attributes to target Trendemon personalization units, we do not save the value of the attribute itself. We only save whether the lead applies to the targeting condition (Yes/No).
HubSpot Specific Data:
- Company-level attributes: If you are using HubSpot, you can create Segments in Trendemon based on HubSpot company-level attributes.
- Deal and Opportunity Data (Optional): If you use HubSpot as your CRM platform, we have the option to access the following deal data
- ID (opportunity ID)
- Amount (Revenue)
- Probability
- Is won
- Stage name
CRM
When a CRM platform is integrated with Trendemon, we are able to access the following data:
- Visitor Email
- Account-level Data: Company Name and Company Domain.
- Deals and Opportunities: Note - This is optional for HubSpot CRM but mandatory for Salesforce CRM.
- ID (opportunity ID)
- Amount (Revenue)
- Probability
- Is won
- Stage name
- Data for CRM Goals: In case you use CRM data to configure Trendemon goals (e.g., SQLs and more), we do not save the value of the attribute itself. We only save the Goal Completion Status (Yes/No) and the Completion Timestamp.
- Salesforce Leads Data (Optional): Users can create contact target lists of leads to use for One-to-Won pages and Streams.
- Mandatory fields: We always save Email and Lead ID.
- Custom fields: Any other fields displayed in the list are selected by the user according to their personalization needs, and we save all of them.
6sense
Trendemon can integrate with 6sense to enable users to create Trendemon audiences or segments based on 6sense segment data. In this case, we access and save:
- 6sense Segment ID
- 6sense Segment Name
