On our Analyze Performance screen you can see the performance metrics like impressions, clicks, CRTs, conversion to goals and more.
Navigate to this screen by clicking on Activate > Analyze > Campaigns, Offers & Autopilots
The top view displays total impressions, clicks and CTR, and you can also track the trend of these metrics over time. You can filter this view on a specific date range, personalization type (campaigns, offers or Autopilot), and even on specific personalization units by typing their names.
Scroll down to the bottom table to see a detailed performance view of each unit.
Goals are not always directly tied to personalization units. You can link goals to orchestrations, but you cannot define them specifically for campaigns. However, you can still measure the impact: track how many goals were accelerated by each personalization unit. Simply filter by a specific goal to see the number of visitors who converted after clicking on the unit. For deeper insight, click on the Goals Completed value to view detailed visitor journeys that led to conversion.
Click on the "Impacted Companies" value to see the full list of companies that clicked on the unit.
